Zinc plating

Galvanic zinc plating is widely applied in protecting cast iron and steel against corrosion of element exposed to atmospheric conditions. When comparing with coats of other metals, the zinc coat posses the best protective properties on cast iron and steel when considering thickness as well as coating depositing costs.

Zinc coating is performed on the modern and fully automated drum zinc coating line with the possibility of applying zinc coating on hangers.

We perform zinc coating with the following finish:

• gloss finish.

After zinc coating we apply the following passivation:

• white passivation,
• yellow opalescent passivation,
• thick-layer passivation,
• also passivation with the possibility of heat treatment.
